H2 Factory
A pioneering example is the H2 Factory® – the world’s first ceramic plant designed to be powered 100% by green hydrogen. This groundbreaking project marks a key milestone in the Group’s path towards decarbonization.
For Iris Ceramica Group, of which Fiandre is a part, responsible production is a true priority, as demonstrated by over half a century of concrete action in the field of sustainability. Environmental protection and pollution reduction are essential goals in our journey towards sustainable development and architecture.
We measure our commitment using the three ESG criteria: Environmental, Social, and Governance. For years, we have implemented energy-saving solutions to safeguard the environment, continuously developing and investing in best practices across all areas.

The Group’s long-standing commitment to sustainability has enabled Fiandre to obtain major certifications, both for processes and materials. These include the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver – one of the world’s most ambitious standards for the design and production of safe, circular, and responsibly made products – and inclusion in the Declare Label, certifying that our materials are Red List Free, meaning they contain no chemicals harmful to human health or the ecosystem.
